This was my first visit, and I can say that Dr. Baker was excellent. He was very kind and attentive, listened to and answered all my questions, and explained everything I needed to know. His nurse was also very kind and took her time to do her job. From the person who greeted me to the one who checked out, everyone did an excellent job. If I had to return or recommend this clinic, I definitely would.

I actually feel I am being cared for. I want to take this time so all those I have talked to or interacted with what I've been going through and say thank u. Thank u for ur time, ur compassion and ur concern. U never made me feel my calls to the office or my concerns I voiced were trivial or unimportant. To me that's the mark of a great medical professional. I felt it all. God bless all of u abundantly and richly. Deborah James

Seems like they purposes don’t answer based on who calls. Disgusting behavior for a doctors office. I’m so disappointed this is one of the few places in town and they treat people so poorly. Have been calling for weeks to try and get a response and keep getting told I’d just get a call back. Getting an appointment is bad. Doctor refused to listen to my symptoms despite the obvious signs. Really rude overall.

After reading the reviews before choosing to post my own I realize I don’t need to go over what happened to me today and what has happened nearly each ti e I’ve been there or had an appointmet, or so I thought, but they supposedly sent a letter through the post office cancelling it which arrived 2 days after my appointment! Why wouldn’t you just pick up the phone and call the patient? That was a couple years ago. Today was just as bad and I waited for a call back from2pm until 5 and was told Brooke would likely call me during my scheduled time, which I didn’t go in for because I stupidly was being considerate and took a covid test and it came out positive. However, they had already cancelled and rescheduled this appointment. I have not been able to get cpap supplies paid by insurance since may! I wanted to at least drop off my ss card to read and they said I can discuss that with Brooke WHEN she calls me back. I ended up calling at about 4:20 50 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I had to keep calling back to get someone to answer. They answered to tell me that Autumn cancelled my appointment but Tammy who spoke to me said autumn sent it directly to Brooke so she doesn’t know. Tammy said she would go find out and call me back, but she never did. I tried to get through from 4:50-5:05 when suddenly their after hours message came on. They don’t care the sleep staff just complains about how busy they are. It takes over an hour to see the doctor from your scheduled time. This has been consistent. The first time I waited nearly 2 hours! But I had to see them to establish care in this area. They need to hire more staff or replace the ones they have if they are unable to do the work they were hired for..guess I left a review! Seems that most reviews that have one star are followed by a 5 star who says how happy they are and that they do all the things the one star complained about. Don’t trust the 5 star reviews. They are stacking their reviews

The office and staff at the Dr. office are great. However the sleep study team is the worst people I have ever had to work with. Arriving the receptionist was too busy on a personal call complaining how hard she had it. When they came out to give us the hardware we would need for the sleep study. It was the totally worst presentation, they carried three plastic bags with mixed parts and the first thing out or her mouth was that these devices cost $1000 each and you are responsible for them, The work now and they must be returned working. You have one hour to get them back in the morning from 9 to 10. You must have them back by 10 am no excused. The hardware was not in the protective case, here were on seals or marking to show that they were properly cleaned of CV-19 and other things. The most unprofessional team I have had the displeasure have to work with.
