I have really bought into alternative sleep therapy and recently received the Inspire implant, which I’m confident will bring about the desired results I’m looking for. I do, however, have an issue with the lack of organization of the office staff at the Columbus Sleep Consultants. I have had several long waiting periods when being seen for routine appt’s and feel that the level of service has been lacking. I also have had inconsistent support when trying to get a live person on the phone to schedule appointments. I was scheduled for a follow-up sleep study last night and given a reminder card with date/time during my last office visit a month ago. One I arrived, I was informed that there was no record of me being scheduled and I wouldn’t be able to complete the scheduled study due to a lack of staffing that focused on the specific test I need to undergo. This is very unprofessional and the lack of communication and service acumen with the practice has me thinking about finding another sleep clinic.
