I went in January 9th of 2025. And I almost had a panic attack. The sleep study nurse Miesha was so calm and understanding. Very attentive! Most nurses would have gotten frustrated. She was so professional and reassuring.
Ive been twice in the last month and the staff was amazing and very knowledgeable! Rooms are very clean
I’m not sure who I just talked to at 9:30am on 10/25 but she would NOT LET ME TALK. She just kept TALKING over me. When I finally said this is insane it sounds like I’m muted you won’t even let me talk?! What is your name?! - she hung up the phone on me. CRAZY.
So, per the phone call, i was first in the queue, was put on hold for 45 minutes. Been trying to schedule a sleep study with this organization for over a year now and all i do is get put on hold. They wonder why I get upset everytime I try and schedule. At this point i'll just go with another sleep company.
Easy to pickup and drop off, very friendly staff. The sleep study device itself was easy to use and understand as well. Thanks!
