Had my sleep study test done lastnight! May I say emmaculate service by Ms Jennifer. She was the sweetest! Facility clean spacious wasnt hard to find. Ms Jennifer came to assist me as l'm limited on mobility. She was the only one there and she took care of all of our needs. She's amazing! Defienately recommend! Thank you Ms Jennifer😘❤🙏
DON'T COME HERE. 0 Stars if I could. They rescheduled my appointment 2 times and they said it was urgent. Upon arival they said my appointment wasn't in the system. No active management and doctors out all of the time. Also was on prescribed medication and don't know if I should still be on it because I don't apparently have a appointment I was scheduled for. Had to leave work early for this and lost out on pay. Also another person had the same issue when I was talking to the receptionist.
Late night tech has bad customers service especially over the phone,she wasn't helpful at she hung up on me snd before hanging up she pretend as if couldn't hear me...I asked her name she gave me random probably, she said it was Jenifer who knows. These people get paid to work a shift and part of their job is to answer phone calls, Smh
This is my 4th sleep study ,and my Best experience by far ,a very Clean facility and Jennifer was not only very professional but her bedside manor, no pun intended, was Great. Give her a raise !!!
