Had 2 tests completed in August, received a bill of 50K. Contacted the billing dept to get detailed itemized bill sent. The itemized bill had many items that did not seem as needed for these two test. Went to the GCH website found an excel spreadsheet that did list pricing. The amount my bill listed was double or triple of what was listed on the excel spreadsheet. Called back to the billing dept. and stated the excel spreadsheet did not match my bill. The person said the spreadsheet was outdated and did not list current pricing. The person said to check in a couple weeks to see an updated spreadsheet. There are updated spreadsheets, but not listing pricing as was on the one I had. Not been able to get good or complete information on why my bill was so high for 2 simple tests. Will not be going back to this or any of the Gibson City hospital locations as I do not trust their billing.
I took my 7 year old son to the ER for a pretty large bump on the head. Dr Mcgee was absolutely amazing! She was so thorough and was so sweet with my boy. She made sure my mind was at ease and all questions were answered. I feel as if she went out of her way to make sure my little guy was very well taken care of.
10/10 I have always had a childhood fear of dentist but Kristen and the dentist made me so comfortable they made my new smile just perfect after ten years fearing the pain of getting my front teeth fixed from a home invasion they jumped in and saved the smile I longer for thank you guys so much!!
I've had the privilege of having Dr. Dragu perform a nerve block on my knees twice and hopefully again very soon. Dr. Dragu is absolutely amazing and I love the results I get when any procedure done. I would recommend him to anyone
All the staff I've dealt with there are great. Could not recommend the treatment I got there more highly. However, if you have to deal with their billing department at all, do not expect to be treated like a person. If not for the fact that the people at my local office are the salt of the earth, I would be looking elsewhere for care. I would have been fired in my job if my customer service skills were so lacking.
