My husband has been going to Okla Heart for many years. They are the only Doctors that we will use for our heart needs. Dr. Ichynosie is wonderful and so are the Nurse Practioners. You will not find a better group to meet your needs.
Front office staff is efficient but unfriendly at best and unfortunately always are consistently this way. We have dealt with one who was pleasant. All professional staff from nurses to physicians are exemplary. They are professional, kind, reassuring, thorough and even friendly. I frequently refer ppl but warn them about office staff.
My husband had a Dr appointment 9/20/24 with PA Emily Chandler at 2pm, due to traffic slow down in highway we arrived at 2:09. there was no patients when we walked in or when we left. We were driving from 2 hrs away when he checked in and was told by Grace receptionist that he was down at 1:45 so he’s past his 15 minute the office allows. They told 2-3 different stories about why I couldn’t be seen nor worked in to be seen.we explained he’s having heart issues and really needed to see PA. Grace nor the other older receptionist (she lied about her name) Karen never one time got up from their chair to even act like they talked to the Dr. we explained we would sit in lobby until Emily Chandler or the nurse could come talk to us. The OK Heart Institute called security (who was very nice) on us and the Grove Police to tell us we had to leave that OK Heart was putting a TRESPASS ORDER on us. We were told that the Office Manager would call us within 30 minutes which was a lie she didn’t. If this is how OHI treats their Heart patients who are sick in Heart failure we want no part of them. We will make reviews to warn others about the office power hungry staff and a less than competent “office manager” REBECCA And for Emily Chandler PA we’ve never received a call or even act like she cared at all. WE THE AMERICAN PEOPLE ARE SICK OF PAYING HIGH DOLLARS FOR INSURANCE TO BE TREATED LIKE DIRT! THE ENTIRE USA MEDICAL SYSTEM IS BROKEN AND NEEDS SERIOUS RESTRUCTURING AND IT STARTS WITH OK HEART!! WE WILL NOT STOP HERE AND WE WILL DO EVERYTHING IN OUR POWER TO MAKE SURE THIS ISSUE IS KNOWN AT THE TOP OF THE PA MEDICAL BOARD!! AGAIN BEEARE OF OHI GRACE, KAREN, AND PA EMILY CHANDLER
