I had a wonderful experience with my sleep study here. The P.A, Sam, was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to really educate me on sleep apnea. he has years of experience in the medical field, which shows in the way he explained everything and made me feel completely at ease. His bedside manner is excellent and he makes sure his patients truly understand their condition and treatment options. The entire practice deserves praise as everyone is friendly and clearly knows their job. They hire the best of the best! Even the billing department was knowledgeable and easy to work with. All in all, they are a true fountain of knowledge and I highly recommend this practice!
They take really good care of you and the sleep technician take their time and explain everything to you. The only issue I had is they kept rescheduling my appointment. Would call me and tell me when and where then the next day had to change it. This happened four different times this last sleep study. And I’ve had to have 2 separate sleep studies
Dr. Kakar was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough during my visit. Shandra, the administrative assistant, was amazing — she communicated clearly from the moment I walked in and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Excellent experience overall!
I had a great experience here. They explained everything clearly and took the time to answer all my questions. I was nervous about starting a CPAP machine, but I left feeling confident and even excited to use it after they showed me exactly how it works.
