I would highly recommend Star Sleep & Wellness in Denton. The staff is amazing. I feel like the entire process from the first visit to picking up my appliance was so easy. Every step of the process was explained and all of my questions were answered. Natalie was wonderful with explaining how my appliance would work and what I should look for to monitor my progress. If you have issues with sleep, I would recommend making an appointment with this group.
The people who operate this company are wonderful all around and make for a wonderfully pleasant experience. In particular, the virtual workshop I attended, led by April, was quick and perfect for helping me understand everything I needed to know about my new oral appliance. I can't recommend the workshops highly enough!
Austin was so helpful, patient, and kind. I was a little worried about the teeth scanning for my apnea dental appliance, but it was simple. He took his time and was gentile. My dentist hurts me more! I'm really looking forward to switching from a CPAP machine to a dental appliance instead. Thanks again Austin. I also wanted to say that on my appointment for my appliance fitting with Patrick it went so easy. Patrick explained everything from using it to cleaning it to answering all my many questions. He was very informative and extremely helpful. Also gave me many ways to get in touch with them for any other questions I have later. I love it when companies care about their patients this much! I had a fantastic experience! Everyone was super nice, location was easy to find! The sleep study I did was at home and provided the results needed. I was fitted for an appliance and today Nicole helped me learn how to care for it and use it! Great experience every step of the way!
