First, outstanding pre-visit attention to details, they reached out to make sure I had paperwork in, send FRIENDLY reminders, told me to call if any questions, etc and proactively reached out to my doctors to get records access. Fantastic way to start out. I've never had a new practice spend so much attention to make sure we could hit ground running. Waiting areas and patient rooms spotless with comfy chairs. They answered all questions and made me feel they really cared about my treatment and me as a customer. I don't think i ever had a better onboarding experience with a new doctor or practice.

Such wonderful people! My first experience with sleep medicine wasn't a great one. I didn't understand what the plan for my care was, or what my diagnosis of sleep apnea meant for me. The process seemed to be taking forever with this first doctor due to very limited scheduling availability. When my referral went through to Star Sleep & Wellness of Frisco, they immediately called me to schedule an appointment - and got me in within one week! The building has a parking garage with entry access on every floor, making arrival super easy. The front desk staff was clear, friendly, and efficiently got me checked in for my appointment. Within a minute, I was greeted by Mickey, who remained bright, friendly, thorough, and understanding throughout my whole appointment. I met with Katie to discuss my treatment plan, who also came in brightly, compassionately, and incredibly thoroughly. My concerns were addressed continuously, ensuring everything I mentioned was discussed in my treatment. They took excellent, gentle care of me during all of the imaging I needed. I left feeling confident, relieved, and oh so well-treated by the staff at Star Sleep & Wellness. I HIGHLY recommend this practice for your sleep concerns!!

I had such a great experience with Ky & Christy! They were both incredibly helpful and friendly, taking the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and making sure I fully understood everything I needed to know. Their patience and clear explanations really stood out. I definitely feel confident reaching out to them again in the future if I have any more questions. I visited the Frisco location at The Star on Gaylord Parkway to pick up the oral device which was ordered for me. The Instructor, April and Lakeisha were great at our wellness class this morning walking us through the use of out new oral appliances. They were friendly, patient, knowledgeable and professional! Highly recommend 👍

Exceptional experience with excellent service. 1st impression is 5 star. Like to highlight Sam’s patience and genuine compassion to me. Taking the time to clearly explain every step while asking me first for my permission to proceed or if it’s convenient for me is above board courtesy and professionalism. Angel’s (PA) was also very compassionate and willing to answer my questions. Office and patient rooms were very comfortable. Recliner even, nice touch.
