I had a very good experience with them. My sleep test went very well. Their explanation of the results was easily understood. I got my c-pap in a reasonable time, and it has helped immensely I've had no problems with insurance billing, and their supplier has been easy to work with. I accidentally knocked the machine off the end table, and had a new machine within days.
It was very clean and comfortable, tv nice size bed, quiet, the guy who assisted me was really nice. If you think you need a sleep study, go.. I'd like to go back honestly.
There is no follow up. They don’t answer the phone or call back. Will not cooperate with the insurance company. The assistant had no clue how to answer my medical Questions. More than frustrated with this office. I would advise going some place else. I had my sleep study last June still waiting for them to submit the proper information for the c pap machine and my bills have went to collections. 😡
Takes weeks or months to receive calls back. The people making the calls cannot answer an basic questions about their services. They are often rude and act annoyed that you won't simply follow their suggestions. Their take home tests are inconclusive. A friend of mine is a hospital admin and when I mention Mt. Carmel he said I would be better going anywhere else.
