Everyone was very friendly. The Dr. explained options thoroughly and made it easy to understand. I don’t feel rushed through the appointment was encouraged they could possibly find a solution to help make me feel better.
Good luck communicating with them. Sometimes the phone rings. Sometimes you get a busy tone which I haven't heard in ages on any phone calls. Maybe they'll return your call. Maybe they won't. Either way you'll get a text message after leaving a VM telling you to text them on their device called Klara. I was only able to send a text on that system once. Your told to log in with name & DOB. It just spins its wheels. Ohio Sleep Medicine scheduled an appt for me that I found out about 2 days beforehand. I never agrred to an appointment with them I found another provider, Advent. I give Advent 5 out of 5 stars.
I'm so grateful for Dr. Roy and his team! He's a very careful listener. After telling the same story to doctors for over 20 years, Dr. Roy has offered options which have helped me feel and function better in my life. I highly recommend Doctor Roy.
Visiting OSMI today was a pleasurable experience. I was met with a cheerful receptionist as well as the intake person who took my vitals. Dr. Mistry asked about my sleep quality and if I had any issues with the CPAP machine. She listened to my questions. The time I spent in the office was pleasant and enjoyable. I highly recommend OSMI to anybody who wants a caring and professional medical team.
I have been going to OSMI for several years and have always received very good care. For the last few years I have seen Sharis Shabandari. My sleep and general health has improved a lot. Sharis is very attentive to my needs and is easy talk to about any concerns I might have. So thankful!
