What an experience. The home test went well. The results were quick. THEN -- scheduling - On my 2nd attempt to schedule , the quite spoken lady gave me 2 appointment options, both outside of my available times that I gave her. The 3rd attempt was better. The lady actually convinced me to schedule a video appointment. The video appointment went very well. LASTLY (hopefully) - it took 3 calls to the appliance company, and 1 call and 3 My Chart messages to get an appointment link to get the machine. When I would call MSC they would tell me they had my name, and DOB, but the address and phone number did not match. Now I am concerned that my data is correct or if it has been compromised.

**WARNING** If your insurance doesn't cover ALL of this procedure don't go here. The website doesn't allow you to make a payment online, so then you have to call them, then, they can't process it over the phone so someone has to call you back to process it. This has been going on for over 6 months. I will never go here ever again. Also they don't put your bill in mychart so you have to go directly through them. LASTLY I got a very used, worn out, at home sleep study kit, it failed night one... Went back next day and they gave me another kit. I lost sleep over this unit beeping at me all night. They said it was no problem and gave me another. They charged me insurance $1000 for an at home sleep study!?!? So then I had to pay 499$ out of pocket. Absolutely ridiculous. They then said I don't have sleep apnea which I think is inconclusive because of the junk device. Don't go here ..

Just an honest review. Got a recommendation from my doctor here re:Sleep Apnea. Disclaimer: the machine they use to do the test will be not free, not even discussed to you and you will even pay for a fee to use OTHER than the amount their billing you different from the results and the visit so basically billed 3 times (reading+consultation+use if equipment) It will cost you $400+ just for that equipment that will be billed months after your test that wasn’t even details on papers you sign. So if you have sleeping problems, i suggest you take the test to different one. Talked to billing and their office and still charged me for it. So save your money.

I was sooo nervous to get a sleep study done especially after reading some bad reviews but upon arriving at this facility I met technician Darlene & she was AMAZING. She was so sweet & professional. She explained the process & was very helpful. Throughout the night she made sure I was comfortable & she reminded me of a loving and caring mother. From start to finish my experience here was lovely & I hope Darlene gets a raise because she is a great person (:

I had an at home sleep study performed by this company and was completely surprised by the bill I received. It was over $1,000 for me to take their equipment home, sleep with it, then have it read. Not only does that seem outrageous, but not even once was I told about the cost. I understand things cost money, but if something is going to be this incredibly expensive, I’d like to know before I sign up. I now had to start a payment plan to be able to pay my bill. I definitely don’t recommend.
