I have hypersomnia and Dr. Kakar has been great at helping me explore different treatments. I message him in the portal with questions and concerns and he or someone else always get back to me in a quick manner! That impressed me.
The doctors are great. Only subtracting a star due to the automated scheduling system. The amount of texts, emails, and phone calls received to confirm an appointment is beyond anything I deal with at any other company. I confirm my appointment via text, email, and phone and still get reminders asking me to confirm the same appointment that I’ve already confirmed multiple times. If they fix their automated system, this becomes a 5 star review.
Very pleased, I received a clear picture of my sleeping issues as well as ways to deal and fix them. Dr took his time to expand and answer all my questions. No rush whatsoever… very rare nowadays I have been a patient of this office for over 16 years and I can honestly say i am very happy with the quality and professionalism I have always received
I had arrived on a Wednesday for my appointment but was told that my appointment was on Friday. The young lady at the front desk checked to see if I could be seen. Uzma helped me right away and did not make me feel badly. She was very patient with my questions and did not rush. I am thankful for her kindness.
