We had a sleep study done for our toddler, who can be a wild child at times for sure. I wanted to come here and make a comment specifically highlighting our Sleep Technician, William S. He was absolutely amazing, a stellar person with an abundance of patience and a wonderful bedside manner too. He was calm and courteous with us and our son from start to finish, answered all of our questions in depth and really helped make the entire experience go as smooth as possible. Not to mention how quick he was to act when our boy did eventually alligator roll himself up in the cords, he was there so quickly to untangle and make sure everything was safe and sound. If we ever need another study done we hope to see him again, he took all the fear and nervousness out of the experience with his expertise and positive demeanor. That man deserves a raise and a paid vacation.
I am so impressed with this facility. We knew exactly what to expect from start to finish. Obviously there were a lot of nerves and fear when we arrived. Our sleep tech, Matt, was absolutely phenomenal. He was cracking jokes to help put my daughter at ease and he explained everything so well! It honestly could not have been better.
They were super friendly and helpful once we arrived. When the study was over at 530am they expected us out of the room in 30 minutes. To include packing up and dealing with a 3 year old who didn't sleep too well or very long. Was not a pleasant experience departing.
Wonderful experience with a sleep study for our son. Really made our son feel comfortable with all the wires and probes. Made is fun and told them they were going to find out what they dreaming about ! Would highly recommend!! This was a second 💤 sleep study for son- 1st study was done at another facility. This study was a way better experience. Stephanie and Kimberly were amazing
The Pediatric Sleep Institute was very nice and comfortable. Stephanie was Awesome! She was kind, caring, patient, understanding, professional and knowledgeable. She was amazing with my son. She is a true gem! An asset as an employee and just a beautiful human being. We were able to get the sleep study done and it was a good experience. Thank you!
