I'm not sure why there are so many recent negative reviews - this office is wonderful! They called me within a week to schedule my sleep study and they were very thorough on the phone about the 'dos' and 'dont's' before my study so I felt prepared and had a better idea of what it was going to be like. My technician Megan was absolutely wonderful, answered any questions that I had and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. No issues hooking / unhooking me up, very organized process and she knew what she was doing. The bed was very comfortable, the room was private, they have a TV, fan for noise and remote operated lamps. Very clean, that goes for the restrooms as well. They have a coffee station so you can grab a cup before you hit the road in the morning. I look forward to hearing my results! Update: I got my results on the phone just 3 days after my sleep study. I had my follow up two weeks later where they gave me my machine, showed me how to use it, clean it, and put the mask on properly. The tech is very thorough but I highly recommend taking a video on your cellphone while she goes over everything just so you can go back and watch it. Take photos of your face after they put the mask on you for reference. You will most likely be hooking up your machine before bed when the office is closed so this will allow you do make sure you're doing it right before you go to sleep with it on. I have not had a bad experience with this office yet and I look forward to my follow ups!

Worst experience from start to finish. I could write a book of how horribly my case was managed from billing, to no diagnosis, to being sent home during my 2nd sleep study because I didn’t sleep enough ?? I will warn everyone I can about this place. Over 2k in medical bills and no answers!!! Edit: this is not a ‘disgruntled employee’. I do find it interesting how I spoke with the owner in person yesterday who confirmed that he received my 1 star review but now I’m one of your fired employees we talked about? Please, find someone else to play with or maybe go into another business.

Go somewhere else. New management has the same problems. They are the worst at returning calls or following up. They failed to perform the sleep study they said I needed. I have been in the office 4 times in the last 6 weeks to alleviate sleep problems and every time I have to explain everything that they have done as if they never charted a single thing. It’s infuriating to have to explain in great detail what the clinic has tried because of the clinic’s incompetence. Their legal disclaimer you’re forced to sign before a study is filled with errors and legally questionable. I would not recommend them to anyone.

My experience was truly impressive. The provider I spoke with was incredibly knowledgeable, empathetic, and thorough. She took the time to understand my sleep issues and made me feel genuinely heard. The enrollment process was smooth, and I appreciated the clear communication about insurance and costs. I’ve already started seeing improvements in my sleep quality thanks to their personalized treatment plan. Highly recommend to anyone struggling with sleep issues. 5 star service all the way!!

The only thing that has gone right was the sleep study. Last week I showed up for my appointment and they didn’t even have me on the schedule. They did fit me in, but it was only to go over the results of the second night. I was told that I’d be getting my CPAP and supplies, but that was more false information. I needed to make yet another appointment to get everything. I showed up for my appointment today and they asked me if I’d received the call to reschedule. Why would I be there if I had. I have never been to a medical institution that is so poorly managed. I do not recommend
