Our Tech was Porscha Wilson. She was so-awesome, in all areas. She was kind to my son, made him feel safe, and made him laugh. She answered all my questions in a manner that was simply to understand. Explained procedure in detail. Made me feel safe with the whole procedure. It’s a bit scary to see all the wires on your child’s head and body so it’s great to have someone make you better about the entire process. Thank you Porscha. Front office ladies always greeting me with respect. Dr. Rosen is a sweetheart, always greet my daughter and myself with a smile. Never had any issues with this facility. Even if I get sick and need to reschedule my daughter’s appointment they find a way to give me another day to bring my daughter to her appointment. Keep up the good work. More than five stars to the clinic!!!
Our Tech name is James.. He is such a pleasant guy with a mild but caring spirit about him. He told me that he had being doing this job for some time and takes pride in what he does. Well let me tell you, his actions spoke louder than any words he shared. He is who he says he is and about what he says he's about.. If/when my son needs another study, we'll definitely be requesting James as the tech. 10 STARS 🌟 FOR JAMES!!
We are truly grateful to have found this office. Dr. Rachel Rosen is extremely intelligent, inquisitive and professional . They did their best to accommodate us for testing knowing that we had to travel about 5 hours to attend the appointment for our son. We received more information in one single visit than having numerous visits with doctors in our local area. Dr. Brown is also very knowledgeable and helpful. Very clean waiting area ..staff is very pleasant.
We absolutely love the doctors and nurses here but the wait time is absurd! We have been here three times with our five year old and every single time it has been a one hour wait at the exam room with my kid waiting for the doctor. It is really such a lack of respect with our time. Our sleep study was amazing and the technician Armed was incredible. The doctor also so nice but I am really considering taking my business somewhere else as we reach the one hour and fifteen mark waiting at today’s appointment.
