A delightful experience, especially when going to a doctor's office. Raisha was terrific to work with. Very knowledgeable and thorough in her job while still being compassionate and fun to work with. I highly recommend them. Then, when I was meeting with Dr. Ravin and Michelle, even though it was a telemedicine call, this went as easily and as smoothly as I could have asked. They were very friendly and professional, and they were able to work with my specific needs, not just a cookie-cutter approach to medicine. I highly recommend them all for your sleep needs. Also went for my training session with April and Natalie. They made it informative and fun. Great information and yes, I liked the warm towels.
Im very thankful Star Sleep & wellness in Frisco sent me flower after learning that my daughter passed away in November 13 2025 thank you so very much I truly appreciate that the flowers are absolutely beautiful. I have had a wonderful experience with Star Sleep & Wellness as I've begun my journey to treating my sleep apnea. My initial appointment, Mickey and Katie were incredibly thorough and listened to my concerns intentionally. They took their time explaining the process and getting the full picture of my experiences. I have been treated with kindness and courtesy by the office staff consistently. After my oral appliance was made, I immediately got an appointment scheduled for a workshop on how the appliance works, how to care for it, and clean it. The appointment was quick, within one week, and April and Natalie both took their time to explain the details and answer all of my questions, even in a group setting. I'm so excited to continue my treatment journey and hopefully, hopefully, work towards being symptom free!
I attended the workshop here at Star Sleep & Wellness in Frisco! Although the towels were a lovely touch, April was extremely warm and friendly despite the tough crowd! Natalie was very kind and thorough with explain the device. I was a bit nervous with the group setting but after, I am very much impressed. Lakeisha checked me out & scheduled my follow up, she was so sweet! (I blame my perfume haha) This company is lucky to have them!! Good work!!
Had a wonderful experience with the crew at Star Sleep & Wellness. The appointments are flexible and easy to schedule. The sleep appliance is easy to use. The workshop to explain how to use the appliance was very informative. April and Natalie were so friendly and answered all of my questions. Glad I found this location and can get back to feeling good. Highly recommend.
