Don't trust what they say over the phone. I clarified it was supposed to be at the urgent care building, but found out its at a different Mary Rutan building which made me miss my appointment. Beyond frustrated. If talking to a patient over the phone, distinguish that it's not at the urgent care building. Mary Rutan has 15 different buildings in the area.
