was scheduled to come in at 11 PM. Confirmed this several times, including with the manager. They called me at 9 pm the night of to tell me I was late. Argued with me about the time and threatened to cancel. This is twice they can't get it straight that I am arriving for a third shift study. Extremely rude and unprofessional

If you looking for a comment after being charged LOTS OF MONEY, yes, you’re right. If you’re reading this prior to your visit, think twice. I have no worries of paying my bill except when they tell you what you’re paying for. The people here just doesn’t make sense even of numerous phone calls and you will just be passed along with the billing. So yes, save your money somewhere else for a real sleep study.

I didn't need a sleep study and I told my doctor that. Nevertheless, it was required to "rule out" the apnea I knew I didn't have. Got charged $250 for a doctor visit despite never seeing a doctor. That was on top of the bill for the actually study and tech who administered it. Now, I STILL don't have sleep apnea but I have bills in excess of $2000. The kicker...I WANT to pay, but the payment website will accept my HSA payment and then immediately void the payment, saying there is a card token error and to contact the card issue. (I've done that, and as I already knew, there is no problem with my card). Phone payments are only accepted Mon-Fri during my work hours. My HSA does not have checks, it's a health SAVINGS account, and there is no option to remit card payments by mail. Make it make sense. If they want payment, they're going to either have to fix the online payment system and accept my MC HSA that works everywhere else, allow card payments by mail, or be available to accept phone payments. I'm available 5pm-8:00am Monday-Friday or anytime Saturday and Sunday to take calls. I'm not using my workday to make a payment every month for over a year. Absolutely ridiculous when a person WANTS to pay and can't.

I had a sleep study today I got turned around so when I got there I didn’t know where to go so a young lady helped me then another young g lady walked me over we stood at the door for 30 minutes waiting for someone at this time it’s 8:40 no one answered so she hit the button again no one answered finally she used her badge and she told me where to go so when I got to the floor it was 8:50 I kept ringing ringing the doors by this time it’s 9:00 the lady comes to the door and was like you was late you should’ve been here by 8:30 i wanted to explain to here what happened she said call on Monday and shut the door Rude !!!! To me that was unbelievable no care or anything I caught a ride up here I’m crying if this is how Ohio health treat there patients it’s terrible I work in the health field and I’m compassionate about my job I never cut patient off I always go above and beyond to make sure patients are taken care of she needs to be talked to no wonder the reviews for this is 3 .5 I do not know if I will be back !!!!

Other than the staff being nice, this place is the worst. Directions to get up to the second floor were nonexistent. Bathrooms were gross, pillows were NASTY (they were yellow under the pillow case), and I kept getting woken up bc people kept slamming doors. I also called multiple times prior to my appointment to speak with someone from sleep solutions and kept getting kicked to an answering machine, and never received a phone call in return. ETA: this review went from 2 stars to 1 star and i wish i could give it zero.I had my 2nd sleep study 2 weeks ago for a CPAP. Still haven't received a phone call or email with results or been contacted about getting a CPAP machine. I called the number I had and the receptionist zero i spoke with was INCREDIBLY rude and hung up on me.
