I’m honestly shocked at the level of service here considering the daily rates. The place is anything but sanitary—my bed sheets weren’t properly washed, and to make matters worse, there are bed bugs! The rooms have a horrible odor, almost like urine, which makes it unbearable. On top of that, some of the counselors aren’t even certified. It’s mind-blowing how this place is allowed to operate. I really can’t recommend it to anyone. It’s an absolute mess. They also allow women to go in with men to do drug tests. If roles were reversed it would be an issue. Some things to take into account if you were looking into this place.
Caring, professional approach and enough resources to do the job. My brother would be in much better condition if we had been able to place him there immediately after his accident.
This place has changed my life getting me the right testing, and medication to stop my seizures! My best friend of over 30 yrs currently resides at the apartments. We drove from San Diego to visit with her on her Birthday...,what a surprise she had. The place was very clean and ALL of the staff were very professional and friendly/caring. Thank you for taking care of our precious jewel K.C.
A family member is currently a patient at CNS and we feel so blessed that he is there. The program is awesome and we have seen a lot of progress. The apartments are clean and well staffed. All the staff member said I have dealt with friendly, helpful and seem to like their jobs. They have been so patient and kind. The center where they have their therapy is a beautiful complex and it has everything that you need to work towards independence. Again the staff is amazing and the patients get 5 days a week of occupational therapy, physical therapy, counseling, and work on coping skills.
