It an okay location. The employees are very helpful. Even when there is a screw up. Have a amazing party
Greedy, shady, overpriced. I paid the full amount up front. I know I did because we determined how many sessions of therapy I would attend and the exact amount I would be spending. I got a loan for the exact amount we discussed. It was over 40k for a few months of therapy. I recently received a bill that was supposedly delinquent, an additional $1,200 out of the blue. I thought that was all behind me and this was a slap in the face.
They were life savers for my son who just suffered a stroke. The therapies are very well thought out, the space perfect, and the staff great at what they do. Even the case manager helped me navigate not just the insurance but also my sons MRI and doctors visits. The situation went from being overwhelming to calmly handled. If you have the choice to go with CNS just do it. You will be happy. They are one big family of Neuro-experts and they treat you well. And now I have a 16 year old who went from being half paralyzed and unable to say more then 3 words, just 6 months ago, to a kid who started high school today, fully interacting with other kids and back moving forward in life. Thank you CNS.
This place is NOT the place to heal or get better or work on anything! It's a mill. They have no respect for the patients as they force them all through similar "treatments". no matter what level of injury, you're essentially brain dead to them and you must "draw the house on paper" now place the pins in the blocks, now go to your therapist and then ring the bell once you completed program. With all due respect there are many different levels of brain dysfunction and if patient just needs a babysitter this place is great. The main reason I left and never returned even though my insurance covered 100 % was an Asian young lady who probably just graduated college forcing me to draw squares on paper. newly out of brain surgery, I could not connect the lines, when I told her no I won't keep trying she attempted to scold me like I was a child. Instead of taking a step back and allowing me to opt out she insisted I "try again". I could barely make clear sentences at the time to defend myself. She was a bully. The entire place works is created to work against you. They want you to believe that you can't do anything and that you need their "expertise". They suck.
Hello, My name is Greg Acevedo. I've been attending CNS since mid-February. After I had sustained a brain injury from lack of oxygen due to multiple cardiac arrests, I needed rehabilitation. I'd heard of the Centre for Neuro Skills and I wanted to go badly. When I arrived I used a cane and was very unsure in all of my movements. The therapists have been wonderful. Their patience and persistence have allowed me to improve tremendously. My confidence and strength are now to a point where I'm stronger than before my injury. The patients are encouraging and supportive. All of the staff are dedicated and focused on your improvement. I would recommend CNS to anyone that's had any brain injury. As Dr. Prasad says "Everyone at CNS has a big heart".
