I've been a patient at PE for years (at their old location). I've never posted a BAD REVIEW. This review isn't about PE, but an employee...Chris (greeter). He has NEVER greeted me. I'm very observant. He has greeted ppl who entered before me. Of course they didn't look like me. I confronted him today. He said he didn't greet me because when I entered the bldg I made a left to put something in the trash. I'm surprised he saw me...he's ALWAYS on his phone. This is the MAIN ENTRANCE. The lobby is small when you enter. He could've still greeted me. This is NOT the first time. When I went to Hematology/Oncology he did the same thing...ignored me. I'm a greeter at my church...I greet everyone with a big smile, and tell them to have a good day...enjoy the service. A greeter's job is VERY IMPORTANT. You're the first person the patient sees. You set the tone. I'm glad I only got labs today, because he instantly put me in a bad mood. If my blood pressure was taken it would've been high!!!!! PHYSICIAN EAST you have sick ppl coming here it would really be nice to be greeted by someone who GREETS ALL PATIENTS NICELY...NOT ONLY THE PATIENTS THAT LOOK LIKE HIM.
I received services through hematology department and ultrasound department. Both services were good. I give them a 4 out of 5 rating because although I got my results from the patient portal, I have not yet received a call from the medical provider to discuss results or what she recommends next. The bloodwork was done last week. The ultrasound was done yesterday. I was told results were wanted stat by the provider. Maybe I'm a bit impatient.
Physicians East was able to get me in quickly for an ultrasound of my leg. The staff was 100% explaining the procedure and what they were seeing as they performed the test. Also my results were available before the end of the day. Outstanding!
Maddie at Greenville Women’s Care is amazing. She was so calming and helpful when I was getting some tests done and then when I got results. She went out of her way to help me get a sooner appointment at the main building so I didn’t have to wait so long. I really appreciate her and the techs at Physician's East main building.
My visit went good with diagnostic side with my yearly CT scan and with Dr. Jones. Her nurses were excellent. My only complaint was the front desk staff on pulmonary side. They were very unprofessional and rude. Elderly couple was checking in to see doctor and I could tell elderly lady was confused a little and when she walked off with her husband it's like they were poking fun of them. I had to remind them everyone was going to get old one day. And still like they were cracking jokes after I said that. Not appreciated!
