I will say that , I Truly appreciated Dr. Robert Heifetz. From the First visit back in 2023 till early of 2025. He picked up on my symptoms that I was experiencing. Every since then I have been feeling refreshed every morning. Due to his Medical leave , he is missed. But I wish him the very best , But I will say so far NP , Brooke Wiggins seems caring as well. Sorry , I really planned to post this sooner.
Everyone is very efficient ,knowledgeable, and caring from the front desk reception, lab, medical assistants, Providers, xray Tech,and discharge person. Could not ask for a smart confident team that I trust with my medical care!
I called and was seen same day. My provider was Kacie and she was outstanding. The whole staff from Shawn at the front, the med tech, to check out. All done in 30 to 40 min total. Complete success and satisfaction.
My family and I, just found out that Dr. Heifetz was on medical leave. We were his patients he was a really good doctor. The thing that we liked about him he was a good listener and always asked us if we needed to discuss anything to him. He will be well missed. From: The Suttons Family
