I recently just started going to this Doctor's office; I've only been twice (this year)! Each time I have been Dr.McCallum has been caring and showed concern about my issues; her bed side manners is top tier! Everyone in the office that I have interacted with thus far is so nice! 10 out of 10 I do recommend this Doctor, as well as this office!!!
The care I received throughout my high-risk pregnancy has been consistently wonderful. Every doctor has been great, and the midwives are truly exceptional. Elizabeth Coats will always hold a special place in my heart. She delivered my daughter and made the entire experience as smooth and calm as possible. Every time I worked with her, she was patient, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. I couldn’t have asked for better care.
Mallory Tucker is absolutely phenomenal. Her compassion and bedside manner was exactly what I needed on this day. She went above and beyond during my visit, thank you will never be enough.
I can't stand this place. I am working to find another doctor ASAP (which is proving difficult but I just never want to come back here again). The 2 doctors I have had disregard anything I say, never ask in-depth questions, and even disregard the things they see. I don't find answers until I get home and do my own research. You'd think of 3 years of TTC and then finding signs of PCOS in my ULTRASOUND would be enough to raise red flags, but no. Everything is "fine". No referrals or anything to do more research. They don't actually care about me. I requested a referral weeks ago because they won't do it themselves with ZERO response or movement. I am not a priority even when I am in the room talking to them. I'm just another patient to herd away to move on to the next patient in line (I've been here since 2020). The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the front desk and the people I speak with on the phone, including the nurses are wonderful. I would not recommend Dr. Coiner nor Dr. Taft, but I do not feel confident in this establishment that any of the other doctors would be any better, and that is sad because they may be good, but I am tired of spending time and money on them to end up more frustrated and lost than when I came in asking for help.
