I was gone4 1/2 hours because three people were booked at the same time that I was booked and then I had to wait another 45 minutes to get blood work. I missed an appointment because of this. I left home at 9 o’clock and got home at 1:30. Because three people were booked at the same time, I sat in the doctors office one hour and 40 minutes before I saw her
First, I was able to get an appointment today…no waiting for days when the problem needed attention right away. Dr. Callie took great care of me and solved my issue. Very, very happy with today’s visit!
If you are a minority with an education, please do not go to Physicans East. They don't like educated minorities who can dispute bills with them. Dr. Keen wanted to dispute a bill with me while I was going through a health crisis and I needed an STD test. I was up for 29 hours with insomnia And I was having panic attacks. I also asked for an autism screening. She fired me for no reason. It's hard to fire a patient And I didn't even have security called. I never had a bill up until now and I never had any issues with Dr Keen You don't go into discuss a bill when someone is trying to get a STD screening in their legs up and stirrups. Physicians East Farmville gave me a 30-day notice. I called to get a referral for an autism screening and refills and they are being vindictive and saying that I can't even see a PA, or switch my doctor These can all be verified. I've worked in insurance for 20 years and it takes a lot to fire a patient, especially one that's on time and builds are paid, except for one bill. They took me back but they kept asking for my Medicaid card. If I didn't have it then why would y'all take me back? This is discrimination clear and outright. Legally she was to give me 30 days and I was fine with that. I asked for a refill of my meds and for an autism screening and they won't give me 30 days. If any lawyers see this please drop your number in the comments. I appreciate it. If you're a minority do not see Dr Keen!!!
