I will preface this with I am as frustrated as I can be after my appointment today and likely want to consider dropping out of the bariatric program all together. Sever sleep apnea due to a BMI of over 55. But can't get cleared due to sleep apnea. I have the machine and have TRIED over a month to use it more than 4 hours a night with no success. I am sleeping WORSE and now experience daytime sleepiness that I had to notify HR at work, so I don't lose my job. Dr. Thirugnanam DOES NOT CARE about the sleepiness, keeps pushing the machine. I haven't slept this bad in YEARS, and certainly WORSE since I started the CPAP. She DOES NOT CARE, just use the machine. Hit the magic number for insurance and all will be better. All the other DRs have CLEARED ME FOR SURGERY but her. I have had procedures in the last year under general anesthesia with no side effects. In fact, that DR did question my weight and a conversation was had but I did just fine. I want to fix the weight and that fixes the sleep apnea, but they want me to fix the sleep apnea first then deal with the weight. I am at my wits end.

I had a scheduled teledoc appointment. I sat over an hour on the call waiting for someone to hop on. When nobody did, I called the office repeatedly, left messages, messaged mychart, and still never received a response. I would highly advise looking elsewhere. ***Edit*** After 50 attempts to call back, I finally got a person and who was not happy that they saw my number keep popping up (which seems insane). They then said it was over an hour passed the scheduled time and the appointment is now considered cancelled and they have to reschedule... I HIGHLY advise looking for your care elsewhere because this place does not care.

I hope my bill from this business is HIGHLY prorated!!!! I received a sleep evaluation from here back in March of 2018 stating that I needed a CPAP, nobody from here ever contacted me about it I guess it's also my fault for not contacting them, but I truly thought they would have contacted me if I needed anything else. My new primary caregiver recommended me to this place (again) for another sleep consultation (in Feb). I set a new appointment with an administrator who sounded like she did not know what she was doing, so I was half expecting that there would have been a ball dropped on the appointment. Using the results of my old sleep test, I was told that I should have received a CPAP four years ago. If sleep apnea is that big of a health concern, then why wasn't somebody already on top of this years ago? The staff was very helpful this time around, and they said they're going to try to hurry the process along. But now I'm waiting on the CPAP supplier I guess (since I've already waited four years) why rush it now? This is not the way to run a business, much less a healthcare facility.

Dr Pullen has been great from the word go but her staff has been extremely helpful, specifically RN Julie and Michelle at the frobnt desk. While it is hard to get hold of someone due to such a busy practice and Covid-19 both went to extraordinary efforts to help me with insurance problems I was having and perscription problems. Julie's dedicated efforts and thanks to Michelle's expertise in records and faxing etc were both extremely helpful to resolving my problems. Dr. Pullen's staff is awesome and behind every great Dr is a great support team, said the grateful patient!

It's impossible to call and speak to a person. Billing is a nightmare and there's always long waits. Cornerstone medical supplies in this building and is utterly useless they have messed up my order and over billed me 3 times. I now buy all my medical supplies on amazon without insurance because it's cheaper and way easier.
