Dr.Saeed has been my pulmonologist for a little over a year now, and I have been impressed with his knowledge and expertise, but mostly with his common sense approach and that he cares. He is not rushed, as many physicians are, and takes time to get to know me and listen to my concerns. Thank you Dr Saeed.

Before my appointment with Dr. Faisal Saeed, MD, I completed 20 pages of paperwork, but he and his staff didn't even review them. Instead, his staff asked me all the same questions that were already on the forms. When I inquired about this and why I had to wait one hour after my scheduled appointment time to see a physician, I was asked to leave. He shows no empathy for patients whose time he wastes. Another doctor who sees patients as numbers and prioritizes profit.

Please do not go here! If you are a patient please tell them to delete your information. I had an appointment yesterday at 10:30 called to confirm before I went and glad I did because they said they didn't have an appointment scheduled! They said they could get me in later and sent me new paperwork to fill out and that paperwork ended up having another patient's information! From SSI to address to medical conditions! A big HIPAA lawsuit!

RESPONSE: I discontinued the test, NOT you…bc of your aggressive, rude and incompetent staff. Your tech did not explain anything at all. I have since found her name and she is not a certified tech, so stop making things up to make yourself look better. As usual, just called and no calls get through when calling your office. Lol The point about not seeing the doctor is that in 3 appts I was never scheduled with the doctor but these “glowing” reviews are sketchy since seeing the actual Dr seems to be a rare occurrence, yet every 5 star sees the Dr. …sounds like paid reviews? ORIGINAL: If you want to PAY to be verbally abused, demeaned, treated poorly, have nothing explained to you, wait forever for your appointment to be scheduled, then wait a very long time in the waiting room for your appointment only to have rude people team up to verbally abuse you and pretend you are the problem, then this is the place for you! My 1st appt, I waited over an hour past my scheduled time. The front desk seemed disorganized and unaware that I had already submitted all my intake forms online. But, okay, things happen. The real issue came during my 2nd appt…the pulmonary function test. I was the 1st appt of the day-the only person in the waiting room. The staff seemed irritated and still made me wait 15 minutes past my time before being seen. The respiratory therapist for the test was cold and unwelcoming from the jump. Still don’t even know her name. She provided minimal explanation about what the test involved and gave unclear instructions throughout. When I struggled with certain parts of the test — which is not surprising given that I was there for breathing issues — I was met with sighs, eye rolls, and repeated criticism, rather than support. I was repeatedly told I was doing it wrong with no instruction on how to correct it and told I don’t want to be there because I wasn’t participating correctly. Like I was paying for this test; of course I wanted to be there. At one point, I asked for clarification on a questionnaire that seemed redundant, since I had already provided the same information repeatedly. This wildly annoyed the therapist. When I needed a tissue b/c the breathing test was causing me to have extra phlegm mid-test, this apparently escalated things to the point where another staff member, who I have never seen or spoken to, was brought in and immediately accused me of being uncooperative and telling me if I "didn't want to be there," I could leave…. It was deeply confusing and upsetting since I thought I was getting a tissue to blow my nose so I could breathe....not berated. Throughout the appointment, the staff seemed more focused on control and authority than patient care, positioning the machine a foot too low, someone busting in the door unexpectedly to interrupting the test to deliver a flyer, which I then got berated for pulling away from the machine in surprise. I was berated for standing up to throw away tissues, and the therapist even laughed at me and said “oops, sorry” when she watched me use the inhaler without realizing she didn't shake it so I had to shake it. Like, she really thought that little act of control and tricking me was a little inside joke to her. The unprofessional behavior of telling I wasn't participating correctly, despite trying my best with confusing instructions and struggling to breathe — the whole reason for the visit - was just sad and demoralizing. I left before completing the final test which was maybe another 3 minutes, which I originally begged to just please finish the test, but she wouldn't so I asked for her name and she left, so I just got up and left (which I've never done) before she returned, simply on principle, because the therapist was acting unhinged, and I no longer felt remotely safe (forgot to add she also blocked me from leaving once) and was not up for a new 2 on 1 attack about why I couldn't breathe properly and why I was attacking them?? Fortunately, I realized quick things were bad and started audio recording on my phone, so I have most of it recorded.

I scheduled my appointment months in advance. A person named David called Friday wanting insurance information and to tell me my appointment was at 2:00. I had 3:00 written down. I showed up at 1:00 to do paperwork work. The girl at the front desk said I didn’t have an appointment. She was helped by another woman to find my 3:00 appointment! I made it back to a room 1:45 minutes later. The PA came in asked why I was upset I told her my time is valuable also.Since you have to pay them money ($50) if late or no show. Also the room needed a good cleaning. I have been calling the last 4 days goes straight to voicemail. Don’t waste your time with these people
