Julie was very proficient at her job and made my experience a good one. What wasn’t helpful was being told that I couldn’t bring marajuana gummies which I use for sleep and therefore I didn’t sleep as I normally do. I have apnea enough to be put on Cpap machine years ago. However, because I didn’t sleep with the help of the gummies the apnea didn’t show up and I’m afraid the Inspire people will not take me. When I got home from the sleep study I laid down because I was tired from not sleeping. I was awakened by gasping for air so I know the apnea is still prominent. Sad that all this effort didn’t work out

Staff was polite, friendly, and considerate. I was seen quickly. The facility was comfortable and very clean.

It's hard to change doctors of course after all the yrs I was with him as a patient as a friend.but the new doctor I seen David Campbell, very attentive and listen to my needs and my complaints and I was thankful for that because I was pretty scared to go to a new doctor after all these years so experience for me you should try it. I had to have a new nurse also which no complaints there also but they did say that Dr Fessler nurse was coming to work on Wednesday which is all in a couple of days. Looking forward to seeing a familiar base you was always good and great working with Dr fessler they were a good little team My next step was x-rays X-ray tech was so kind and so caring I have a lot going on in my back I need back surgery but she was very understanding when I couldn't turn or couldn't move a certain way I appreciate that and the girl I think her name was Tina that check just in she was awesome

Check-in staff and X-Ray tech were very professional and efficient. I didnt have an appointment, but came in early and they got my X-ray done within 45 minutes.

Staff very knowledgeable, made my day so much better. As soon as I got there with no appoinnt made they took care of me all the way down to the paper work
