They don't work with my work schedule and refuse to send in a refill because I can't get in to see them any sooner due to work. I'm out of my medication and they are uncooperative. Every doctor I've ever had has always sent in just enough to get me through until my appointment because they're booked out past my expiration/amount and it's not the patient's fault the doctor is filled up. When I called to ask about just getting me through to my appointment next month all I got was "should of made the appointment sooner", I made that appointment as soon as I could. Zero empathy or compassion at this place.

My experience there is the reason I won’t go and get check ups, I had a rough patch in my life When I simply couldn’t do to do appointments so I had to end up rescheduling, front desk clerk kinda came off snobbish and I felt like she was talking about me in a since when I finally did come in there. I’m currently looking for another sleep clinic didn’t feel like a worthy patient. Which has made my anxiety worse.

Like any sleep clinic it is a long wait, but it Is worth it. Dr. Hanger helped me after being diagnosed with Narcolepsy which was slowing my everyday life down. She will answer your questions and walk you through processes on how to adjust. They even check in on you. Recently I had trouble getting my medication at a pharmacy and I had Nurse Carol call my insurance and the pharmacy to get everything settled. It was fast, efficient and I definitely have never felt better.

I had my head gassed up about a life changing sleep study. They have very limited hours and when we finally had a day set THEY changed it because they didnt know my insurance would not pay an overnight visit. So then I cant get in before my referral runs out and now I'm stuck with the bill. To top it off the secretary tells me that I am the one that changed the appointments. Maybe, work a few more days and open up your schedule? Such stressful, non necessary muck.
