Felt that the office runs very efficiently. The medical assistant and provider who took care of me were excellent. It's been a long and frustrating road of no answers. When you look at paper, things appear fine, so sometimes that can lead to you not being taken seriously. I did not feel that way in this office. I felt heard and thought they were just as eager as I was to find out what was going on. I appreciate the care I have received so far.
The medical staff really cares for you here. They take their time to answer all questions. They speak to you not over you. The office is easily accessible in a metroplex that is not. Dr. Imam and his staff really care.
Office won’t see patients who’ve ever been in a car accident despite the appointment having nothing to do with a legal case. Absolutely wild and discriminatory. Waste of time going through the insanely long answering service.
