Is a shame that such a nice good doctor have this bad staff. They are rude on the phone, they make you wait at the window before checking you in. They make you wait at the waiting room for hours. Make sure you have your schedule open for this because you are going to wait a long time here. Read the other reviews, I am not making false statement here. Doctor should have a talk to his staff and make the things work better.
I’ve never seen a doctor only a PA and the wait in the waiting room is an hour. Plus once I was turned away for being 5 minutes late. There are too many people in the waiting room for me a senior citizen. I don’t want to get Covid -the is no space between 10 plus people and a tiny waiting room!!!!!!!!!
The doctors office is a waste of time, and it takes over two hours to see a patient. The millennial front desk secretary is very rude and nasty. The doctor was very nice but his staff ruin his abilities. The old staff was great in the Miami location. I will never go to the Kendall location again.
going over 1 yr with the treatment- totally changed my life- sleep better, more energy, - Dr was very receptive and Im happy with treatment. Nurse practitioner has been following up every 3 months, then 6 months. listens to details and explained how to adjust the machine to my needs. already recommended 2 friends to the practice.
The doctor’s bedside manners are honestly disappointing. The way he treats his clients is mediocre suspending treatment without previous notice or reason. Wasting money and time for not finalizing a testament that took so long to start to begin with.
