Most disrespectful encounter ever with a Dr office employee Jose. Along with refusing to help me, would not let me speak to anyone else, and hung up on me repeatedly. Holding my test results hostage. Stay away from this facility.

Raquel is the best nurse practitioner I could have ever asked for. Everyone in the office works incredibly hard to battle insurance companies and incompetent specialty pharmacies to get coverage for patient’s medication. The attention is amazing and I am so grateful for all that they do, there is truly no better sleep clinic than this one.

The entire staff went above and beyond to make our experience as pleasant as possible. The Dr spent as much time as we needed to explain sleep apnea and what can be done to help it. I’m so thankful we found this office, highly reccomend!

Provider made no effort to improve my CPAP performance. Waited an hour to be seen. The staff are clearly trying their best with too few providers and too little control over scheduling.

Third time in this office and aside from the first visit, the staff is horrible. Zero accountability or considerstion for the patients time. On the second visit, just to pick up a sleep test equipment, was told to arrive early for appointment, waited over and hour and a half and was attended by someone other than the one that I was scheduled to see, because they didnt know where she was. On my third visit, the office called to move my appointment one week earlier and was told to arrive early, that I am just picking up my machine. Appointment was at 10 am, I arrived at 9:26 am, at 10:12 am still waiting. I ask the receptionist (Lisuara) and her response "I don't know who you talked to, but it wasn't with me. Extremely condescending and rude. She followed it up by saying, "your appointment was at 10 am, its only been 11 minutes, (again extremely condensending). Oh, the lady that sets up machines is with someone, I don't know what is taking her so long. Finally, Sarah (the sleep specialist and/or nurse) came to attend to me. I aces my phone and water on the table top, and she immediately stated that im.movong these to the chair, because this is my workspace. Then she proceed to ask me the same question I have answered on my previous two visits. Me being upset ready answered all her questions and gave her the backstory again. I guess she didn't like my tone and said that I didn't have to rude, to which I responded that rude is having a patient waiting for over an hour. I asked her clearly if I had to return to the office and she said no. She asked what size mask I needed (again all of this had been discussed previously). After that she walked me to the receptionist (Lisaura) again and walked away. I wasn't even sure why I was there, and the she told me to schedule the follow up, which I then turned and questioned Sarah and confirmed that she stated that I did not have to return and Darah, replied that she is thee sleep sleacialist (whatever that meant). I then turned because Lisauara asked me when I wanted thr appointment for, and I responded that I have no intention on returning, to which she said, im.just doing my job and I responded that no she hadn't. She continued to ask me for a date and I said just make the appointment for whenever you want, I will not be returning. I finally left the office at 10:45 and I will not return to this office. I did enjoy my first visit and truly enjoyed meeting and speaking with Dr. Mezerhane, but the office and staff, namely the receptionist Lisaura and Sarah the sleep specialist/nurse will discourage any further visits.
