I had a wonderful experience at Dr. Mezerhane's office. While the doctor is excellent, I especially want to commend the support staff. From the moment I walked in, the entire team was amazing—friendly, professional, and highly organized. Scheduling was easy, and they handled all my insurance questions clearly and efficiently. During my visit, they were attentive and made me feel completely comfortable and valued. The administrative and technical staff clearly work hard to ensure a seamless and positive patient experience. Excellent visit!! Dr. M is very knowledgeable and explained all the possibilities. We scheduled a sleep study, and I will be back soon to figure out what exactly is going on. Highly recommended.
Nice, quick and efficient. I had a 1:30 appointment and walked out at 12:15. That’s after spending almost 15 min filling out the medical forms!
Very disappointing experience. My partner did a at home sleep study with this company while we were in town and the results came back inconclusive. We were told by a member of the front desk weeks ago that they are able to mail out cpaps machines but the front desk staff member who told me this was incorrect. We've been told we have to come in person for a sleep study which doesn't work for us because we live 5 hours away. So we basically filled out all the paperwork, did the sleep study, just for inconclusive results, no mailed cpap, and they won't help us identify referrals for redoing the sleep study in our area. All that work for nothing and no help, I am so disappointed. We came in for help and got nothing.
