Great doctors very professional service.

I was originally introduced to Dr Betancourt during a trying health hurdle when I developed pneumonia while recovering at home. My husband rushed me to ER at Memorial. Fortunately, Dr Betancourt was on hospital duty at the time. He most likely saved my life. He absolutely saved one of my lungs. Two years later, I still rely on his care. When he left MHS, I was panicked, but found through researching online, he had partnered with Pulmonary Physicians group. I love his new practice! From the first call I made to schedule my appointment, confirmation calls from the staff, check-in, seeing the doctor, then check out, everything was great. The ladies on front desk staff were so welcoming, kind and caring. I appreciated their patience with me during my visit completing the forms registering as a ‘new patient’ for that office. I feel like I got the VIP treatment. As always,I felt relieved after speaking with Dr Betancourt. He is thorough and takes the time to listen and consider treatment progress & options. Five star service all the way around.

For the most part, as a New Yorker, I have a hard time finding good doctors for me and my family. My son is special needs who has recently fought pneumonia and apparently developed asthma and it was hard to find a pulmonologist that would take his insurance. I went to another doctor in the area and it was a horrible experience from the moment we stepped foot in the square box they called a waiting area. While this facility has a small waiting area (and small overall) it was super clean, the facility was modern, the front office staff was timely and professional. They even answer emails and get back to you quickly when you have questions. Their website is up-to-date and has the forms you need so you can fill them out BEFORE you get there. The PA came in first actually spoke with us and took her time, then the doctor came in Dr. Vazquez also took the time to talk with us, etc. While the other doctor I saw dismissed us as if we were overreacting, this doctor understood our concern and agreed on labs, xrays, etc. Overall, we are pleased with the service we have received thus far.

Auhfull service. No punctuality on appointments. They want to charge you co payment to ask a doctor a question. Front area person claim to be the supervisor wants to answer questions as if she is a doctor. They want you to disclose your medical history without providing any assistance even something as simple as a second opinion diagnosis. A person by the name of marilorie should train herself in customer service. Terrible experience.

Great Sleep center, i took my husband for a sleep study and we had a great experience, i was able to stay with him and the staff was very polite and kind, also very profesional. We got the results within a week. Would definitely recomend this center
