Very unprofessional the sleep tech lab, my appointment was at 7pm. I went to the place , it was close. I wait for almost half an hour outside . Finally she was able to communicate with the answering service and told me he he tech had a personal problem and decided to cancel wirhout let me know in advance. I never received a confirmation call the day before, nobody call me . Lack of respect for your he patient
Rare breed of practice the Drs move around and because of this they are totally unavailable. The call center refers you to a location, and then the receptionist is rude. Hung up on me. They DO NOT EVEN TRY to help. Don't waste your time
Got a CT, they were on time and had all my info ready. Both the front desk and the technician were super nice. Easy in and out. Perfect!
Went in for a CT scan and the service was great, very fast and efficient, once i arrived they already had all my information no paperwork or wait. The staff is very nice and friendly
Rudest woman working here . Apparently they think they will never get old. No eye contact, no smiles. The clients are mostly seniors, that can't hear well, or are confuse and nervous with so much going on. I hope and pray the doctors Inside are better.
