Great Sleep apnea Doctor. Very caring and will go over your sleep apnea device. 100 % recommend.
Every appointment I've had everyone has been so friendly and I feel so comfortable and confident with the doctor.
I had a sleep apnea test done , it shows that my oxygen dropped to 84% , this is not a safe saturation at all. I had body twitches and stopped breathing several times no one called emergency services and when I got results I asked for a CPAP machine. He said no you do not have sleep apnea come in for breathing walking test. The week of these tests I had to call to cancel telling him was quarantined for covid, did not matter was told to come in anyway. I refused said I wasnt going to make others sick. I told him I wasnt breathing well and needed oxygen. He said he wasnt writting a prescription for oxygen when I had sleep apnea. I said what , he said I will not write prescription your medicare will not pay for it. As I had told him before I have the best insurance Fed blue cross blue shield. He said no he wasnt being insulted when my insurance will just turn him down. I said this is absurd . He went off , said this is America , it is my freedom and my right to not prescribe you anything. ranted raved yelled and told me to go to hospital he was not treating me. I really did have covid and needed oxygen but he did not care. Just so all of you know , you can order an oxygen machine online no prescription at amazon. Its expensive but its trust worthy. Only thing that saved my life , when I needed it the most . I have expressed to his office I am not paying the bills , he has not treated my serious medical conditions.all he did was called in inhaler knowing I have tachicardia from awakening due to oxygen dropping out at 84 %.Hr of 160 on awakening chief complaint was waking up feeling like I was drowning , couldnt hardly wake up.Hr 160 . But did he do anything at all knowingly , has recording and test of my oxygen sats at 84 % also stopping breathing several times .With this test , it most certainly defines that my issues were real and serious but not treated at all. Inhaler as I told him would increase my heart rate immediately . He still called in it . Thats not logical treatment for these serious medical conditions. He is not getting paid no treatment was rendered. This office has been notified of this matter, but he believes and is persistent that he should be paid by me , keeps on sending bills. He needs to read WV code 55 -7 1B medical professional liability. I am not responsible for any bills if a licensed specialist refused to treat me. Disgraced me and hindered my care . The AMBS also likes feedback about how specialist treat their patients . Also if this office is telling you to come in after being quarantined , or if you have covid, this is against CDC regulations. Do not waste your time money and your dignity. I am not paying to be disgraced in such a manner , from someone who is suppose to be caring considerate , compassionate and professional. He is none of these . And he refused to treat me so I refuse to pay the bills , there was no help when I needed it the most. I can post my real sleep apnea test that shows my 84 % oxygen test results if needed to prove I was a real patient that needed medical treatment and care at this facility and by Dr. Salam Rajoubb . Theresa Bowen .
My experience with American lung care was top notch. All the staff was very friendly. Dr Rajjoub sat and listened to all my concerns and he explained everything to the fullest. I was very please with my visit. They took time and showed me how to use my machine and inhaler and made me feel confident that I got the best care. If anyone needs a lung doctor and or sleep doctor I highly recommend American Lung Care
I went here after being told that this is the only practice in network for me. I had to wait 90 minutes for my first appointment and only saw the dr for 5 minutes. They ordered a pulmonary function test and sleep study. Went for a second appointment for the Pulmonary function test and was told that they would only give me my results once my sleep study appointment was made. well 3 months after my initial appointment I still don't have an appointment. Called today to check on the status of my preapproval for the 3rd time and now I'm suddenly told that the preapproval request was never sent to my insurance. This is completely unacceptable and I'm STILL waiting on test results that are just sitting but they won't send to me!
