Too unprofessional to even return a phone call. If you aren't going to call back, you shouldn't instruct people to leave their information and then lie and say you will call back on your recording.
I am giving Josenea' not sure I am spelling correctly these 5 stars because she deserves a raise and praise. I called 7/12 and several other times up to today 8/9 and she has been a bright light in my path to help get my special needs son a appt for a new dx about his right middle Lobe. This has been a very concerning time for us. She has returned my calls promptly and not once was she rude or short with me. She got me! Even though we ended up going to my pulmonary doctor, she totally understood that we needed to get in sooner. I will however suggest to other special families to talk to her if they need to make arrangements for appts at this facility. Again I so appreciate all her efforts. Please make sure she gets recognized. The Michauds
Extremely thin walls, the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever “slept” in, and the thinnest excuse for pillows. I came in with 0/10 pain at 8pm and had to leave at 2:30 am AMA due to being in 7/10 pain. I was supposed to stay the entire following day for an additional study. My tech, Robert, was extremely pleasant. If I were rating him alone it would be 5 stars.
Excellent staff. Excellent physicians assistant as well as excellent sleep specialist physician. Facility was clean and nice. My only concern is that $5900 for a single night of sleep is excessive. I would strongly suggest reaching out to your insurance company prior to going to this facility to see if the pricing is in the normal range. I suspect that this price is significantly higher than the normal range. When I search online it seems inconsistent with the standard across the country. If you need a study at this facility, I recommend doing it in January so you can max out your deductible and don't have to pay anything for the rest of the year. Or get the at home study for a few hundred dollars.
I accidentally wrote a "question" vs a "review" so please excuse my mistake, though there was a question...anyway as I was saying you're always going to have that nurse/nurses who act like they were forced into that career path & can really tell they could really give a .... while they're asking questions they're "supposed" to ask. Also those doctors. I feel I don't need to describe the type, but if I must, the "I am god & can do no wrong". The ones who make it seem they can diagnose you by looking at you & judged you before meeting you. Lol I apologize for such a long post but I've had my share like I said hospitals have been my second home since I 6y/o
