If negative stars were a thing they would get that. They are non responsive to their patients and if you have to request a prescription be moved to another pharmacy due to a lack of inventory, don't expect it to be sent within 2 days. Requested mine yesterday morning and as of close of business today, it still has not been sent.
I have lived in several areas of the country and selected Sentara Sleep when I moved to Virginia in 2022. I have found the staff to be pleasant, professional and very competent. Natalie is awesome.
Overall I've had a great experience at the sleep center. Heather Miller is wonderful -- she's professional without seeming cold, super knowledgeable, and takes the time to listen and make personal suggestions to help with my CPAP. The front desk and nurses are always friendly. I highly recommend a sleep study if you have trouble sleeping, my at-home study was easy and sleeping through the night now has really improved my life!
Had a great experience with the clinic. Front desk person was very nice and helpful. Check in process was quick and wait time was very minimal. Michelle McNeal was very professional, knowledgeable, explained treatment plan well. She took her time to show and explain everything. Great service!
I sleep with oxygen and my machine needs looked at. Went for an appointment last week and the sleep center sent results of a 2004 sleep study to Lincare instead of results from my latest sleep study in 2020. Who sends results from 18 years ago when I have had several newer sleep studies? Now Lincare still won't come to service my oxygen machine because of this. I have been sleeping with oxygen that hasn't been serviced in 4 years. No new filter and they won't even give me new tubing without newer results. Can't speak to a live human being at the sleep center. Guess I will just die in my sleep waiting for someone to fix this HUGE mistake. My oxygen levels are dipping way down while I sleep. Won't anyone send the correct results to Lincare or do you not care I am so very sick? Should I contact a lawyer? Begging and pleading isn't helping.
