I did receive amazing care in the ICU .. ICU nurses you are amazing and thank you so much for your compassion and care. The first night in the ER before being admitted I did have a nurse and I wish I would have been able to get her name she was rude, dismissive, judgemental and just an all around mean girl. The nurses and the doctors in the ER were otherwise amazing and just all around great care and amazing with communication ! Also shout out to Belton EMT and Fire Department for the compassion while transporting me to Belton Regional ED 😊

I recently had a knee replacement done at Belton reg'l medical ctr.. The nurses, techs, and all the people that prepped me for surgery were unbelieveable!! So friendly , went out of their way to make sure I was kept very comfortable.Everyone of them said hello and gave their name upon entering your room.a special "thank you" to all of you and to Sonia who saw to it I got my coffee.I truly appreciate all of you , and all you have done for me. Happy Holidays

Originally could’ve been more stars if this hospital ever truly bothered to send me a full bill. Original bill sent with insurance was $200 something yet all of a sudden received another bill for 1k through a debt collector- Called and was told I was put as “uninsured” yet I’ve had insurance my whole life, parents weren’t too happy nor was I. Long story short I also was somewhat taken to the hospital not by choice, but not gonna get into that, and had a decent experience. Doesn’t seem cool though that this place decided to do that- Now, did they get my billing address wrong? I don’t think so, any addresses I have down are all still current so where that one bill went? I don’t know. I’m young, yes, but please don’t sot and try to screw younger people over.

My brother is gone now but the treatment that he endured his last stay in the hospital was pure ugly. Nobody, especially someone dying, should be met with zero compassion snd the feeling of being a burden. And there is no patient advocate to be found, and social services..ha! Yeah be prepared when you can find a min, go find their office as you will never receive a returned call. Don't feel like you accomplished anything there either, because you won't receive the next follow up, as well. My brother's days were numbered but I truly believe they ended before they should have. And if I am wrong about that, this I am sure, he deserved kindness, empathy and compassion on his final days. Which he did not receive there.

I have had both inpatient and outpatient experiences at Belton regional medical center, and in every instance I have been very happy with the staff and the facility as a whole. The people have always been extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. Several times they have gone out of their way to smooth things out for me and I definitely recommend this facility and its employees!
