Two appointments at the office, two times the nurse I was supposed to see wasn’t even at the office. No calls, no communication. At least at the second appointment I found out she was gone right away, and didn’t sit for 45 minutes like the first time. A complete waste of time and effort only to be told my now third attempt at an appointment could be virtual. This office seems to be a mess. Update: the they collected my co pay during the first visit, assured me it would be applied to the “make up” appointment and are now trying to collect again. The mess continues. Oh, and of course the provider didn’t apologize at all once I finally did see her.
