Baylor Scott and White Sleep Institute

I just completed the at home study. I was very apprehensive at first but was put at ease with the nurse who gave me the equipment. I watched the youtube video and that helped me be sure I did it correctly. Had a little trouble falling asleep but once I did I was able to sleep all night. Would recommend 100%

Called about a question (scheduling me an appt etc) and spoke to a christina, she claimed she is a scheduler. She was very rude, with smart remark & short and sighed when I repeated everything we discussed back to her cause I wanted to ensure I had it correct. She must need some more customer service training or continue education cause she was extremely unprofessional.

Five months waiting for my husband to get an appointment in June. He completed the sleep study & received no follow up call, although he was told if he did the study there at the facility the doctor would be able to go over his results the same day. Two weeks go by & now in July, he calls to get his results & there is no available appointment until December. So for people who have serious concerns/problems/concerns nothing can be done until the end of the year. How is this in any way, okay? The communication needs to be better & waiting several months just to go over results, isn’t okay either.

Although I got a little lost getting there, the staff and service was wonderful. Tiffany was outstanding, so kind and helpful. Bless her for coming in so late and staying up to make sure I’m ok. Same goes for Sharon(?) The blonde who took care of me for the day. Absolutely so kind and caring. I had doctors not even assigned to me checking up on me! They were so lovely I highly recommend if you need help with sleep!

Everyone here has been extremely helpful. The brown woman at the front desk (sorry I don’t know her name) she wears glasses- is so kind and welcoming every single time. The MA’s and techs are awesome. The doctor is great. 👍🏽 would recommend this clinic!
