We see Casey Langford, and have the best care. Casey is very attentive to our health issues and concerns.

I recently moved to the area a few months ago and needed to find a new primary care physician. I came across Dr. D, and I am so glad I did. He is amazing—compassionate, caring, and attentive. He took the time to get to know my medical history, asked thoughtful questions, and I never once felt rushed or judged. It’s rare to find a doctor who truly listens, and I feel very fortunate to have him as my physician. I’m extremely happy with the care I’ve received and highly recommend him.

My wife and I both made appointments at this office, and had a very positive experience with the Nurse Practitioner, Tiffany — she was professional, attentive, and made us feel genuinely cared for. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the administrative side of this practice. Before our appointments, my wife double-checked with the front desk staff (and Tiffany) regarding insurance coverage and how the visit would be coded. We were reassured that it would be billed appropriately and covered under our plan. Despite this, the visit was incorrectly coded by the office — specifically by Keith, who handles coding. Over the course of TEN MONTHS, my wife made repeated attempts to resolve the issue. When she finally managed to speak with Keith directly, he was unprofessional and dismissive. He raised his voice and told her that they "just code all first appointments as a physical because insurance usually covers it." This approach may be convenient for the office, but it’s not how ethical medical billing works — nor is it fair to patients who are left footing the bill for services they were told would be covered. As a result, my wife and I ended up paying over $2,000 out of pocket for two routine appointments and basic lab work. It’s frustrating and disappointing, especially after making every effort to verify coverage in advance. Tiffany deserves recognition for her care, but I would strongly caution anyone considering this practice to get everything in writing and be prepared to advocate hard for proper billing — or better yet, consider a different office entirely.

I believe that Pablo Banderos is a really good human being. He’s very knowledgeable and compassionate. He spends his time with the patient. The problem is the reason they got one star is it’s ours if you get in and this is unacceptable. The patient’s time is just as important as the person wearing the stethoscope. When you make someone wait and wait or you make them drive all the way from Naples up here only to find out that they are unable to proceed with what needed to be done. A phone call would resolve that now I find out I have stage three cancer and I can’t even talk to Pablo. They schedule you for 1115 and they say it’s gonna be a couple of hours because the room is completely full once again completely and totally unacceptable. I believe that Drs, PAs whoever it is should be responsible that if a patient has to wait a certain amount of time that patient should be reimbursed once again the patient’s time is just as important as millennium group staff. Another very interesting thing I have never in multiple years of being a patient. I have never met a doctor. Not one single doctor. Everybody I have ever seen is a PA. Why is that? Needless to say now, I am forced to find a new physician. Not a PA, but I need to see what my insurance company is paying for. Now I do have to say the staff that greets you and talks with you are exceptional. It’s not their fault it is in my eyes a greedy Overbooking medical group that should be penalized for what they do to patients.

Deeta Debault, APRN is HORRIBLE. Let me just say she has no care or desire at all to genuinely help her patients. She was bashing my boyfriend for being 25 with no established job without knowing that he does side jobs during the week at the moment while he continues to find a job not that it is any of her business. When we had asked her if she is just going to continue to make us feel like crap about him not having a job she then decided to say how he needs to change it if it clearly bothers him. AGAIN… not what we went to the doctors for. we had asked her to not talk about it anymore so she then says “okay let’s talk about how you showed up 10 minutes late then” . Did we show up 10 minutes late… yes. Due to traffic we did show up late and we apologized. Things happen. I have never had such a bad experience at a doctors office. I really hope that she doesn’t treat other patients how we were treated. If I could give a 0 star I would!
