Children's Mercy Sleep Center

If I could give less than one star I would. My wife went to take my disabled son to an appointment. It is already an enormous hardship to get him to the doctor. There was bad weather and horrible traffic my wife was 15 minutes late. When she arrived they claimed that she was 30 minutes late (that was not true). They said they couldn't see my son because "of how late she was" and sent her away. This is not the first time we've had issues at this clinic. It IS however the first time we have ever been late. We will not be going back and I encourage others to stay far away.

I went with my husband and 3 year old daughter, she had to have sleep study testing done. They only allow one parent to stay with the child and then after manhandling and being rough with our kid they called CPS to cover themselves, not thinking that anyone would ask for the camera footage later. I spent so much time with cops and CPS that we couldn't enjoy the holiday with family and it made my child fearful of doctors and cops for the longest time. I don't recommend going here if your littles need testing.

We took my son in today for his appointment and were blown away by how sweet and kind all of the staff were to both him and his sister. They found out his birthday is in a couple weeks and made him feel so special! Not only were they kind, but everyone was so knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you to everyone who made our visit such a great one today.

I wish I could give Zero star. When you go this place expect Rude and nasty front desk. Don’t waste your time complaining. Their manager is worse and supports bad customer service. Just defend yourself on the spot when you encounter rudeness let them know that you have a zero policy for Rude and nasty people.

I would give no stars if I could, I hear this place is the best but I strongly disagree. I have had nothing but problems with this place and now this one exactly. You are supposed to be in the tri care system but apparently you aren’t! You want my provider to fax my referral to you when it is against their rules! Tri care can not fax you information. You. Need. To. Look. Up. Referrals. In. Your. System. My daughter needs help and you are denying her help because you are too lazy or incompetent to look up in your computer system for a referral from tricare and want it faxed when they can’t do that. We called you and told you they can’t and you still wanted it faxed because your work said they didn’t know how to use the system. That’s not acceptable!
