While this may be a decent sleep disorder office. Their ability or willingness to deal with insurance is dismal at best. With that said, I burned my opportunity to get an in-lab sleep test covered before my insurance reset because they were not willing to do what is called a peer review with the insurance providor's company that approves such procedures. I'm sure they would be happy to let me pay for it out of my own pocket. The reality is the doctors office did not send in all the clinical data necessary to get an approval. Was not willing to go through the peer review process because they are so good they don't make mistakes and yet did make a mistake and would not own up to it. Happy to let me pay for it as their patient. I would too if I were not willing to lift a finger for my patiens and collect the kind of money they charge. Hope you have a better experience, but don't count on it if there are insurance issues.

Up until this past month I had been getting great nights sleep. I have been a patient since 2019, earlier this month I had an appointment and was advised my pressure needed to be increased and have another sleep study to determine if I needed a bipap. Until then , the doctor increased the pressure on my current machine. I have called FOUR times with no resolution, they tell me they’ll adjust it and lower the pressure. This has yet to happen! I haven’t had a good nights sleep (except for the sleep study) since the last doctors appointment. I wish the doctor wouldn’t have adjusted my pressure. Now I can’t sleep and I’ve felt miserable ever since!!! They don’t have an “after hours” number to call so once again I won’t have a good nights sleep!

I have been a patient for four years and the experience from making an appointment to working with the sleep medicine team is very dependable. Appointments occur on time and are very responsive to my needs. My last appointment was a review of the mask I use, recommended by the doctor. The technician and the doctor recommended a new mask and it is more comfortable and much more effective at maintaining the proper pressure. In just two days of using the new mask, I feel more rested all day long.

After years of my wife pushing me to have a sleep study done, I finally broke and decided to do it. We searched for hours trying to find the right place. Every facility we found had absolutely horrible reviews and many weren't even in our network which was really odd. My wife finally stumbled across Remedy Sleep Medicine and noticed how awesome the Google reviews were. I was actually a little skeptical at how good they were, but WOW. Every single person from the time I called for my appointment to the actual sleep study were amazing. They made me feel welcome and were so incredibly nice to talk to. I never felt embarrassed or ashamed to be there and always walked out with a smile on my face. I can't say enough about my overall experience with Remedy Sleep Medicine. Don't look anywhere else when it comes to addressing your sleep issues. I am absolutely amazed at how awesome this process has been. I already have my home machine and am already feeling better after only a few days of use. Don't waste anymore time on finding the right place. I will recommend them to everyone I come in contact with that mentions they want a sleep study done.

I got scheduled quickly for all of my appointments and they have always worked with my work schedule. Had a prior authorization done for a in office sleep study when I came back in for my home sleep study consult. The in office sleep study was great - all questions answered, Taylor made me feel at ease! Girls up front have always been welcoming and helpful as well as the wonderful nurse practitioners I saw! Very highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!
