Sleep Disorders Center at St. Luke's Hospital

I came here with a real emergency and they refused to treat me. I was in severe neck pain and could not sit or stand without extreme pain, and they forced me to stay in a hard chair the whole time. They would not let me lie down on the floor, or use a bed. I left in worse shape than when I arrived. This place does not treat emergencies or care about patients in pain. Unbelievable apathy

I stayed here from oct 2021- February 2022 these people are the nicest people ever. I had my own room. Got to decorate it. Was there for thanksgiving and Christmas. The staff bought me Christmas presents and a love grinch tree. The operators came up once a week to do my laundry and made me some hard cinnamon candies. It’s Been so long ago I can’t remember all the names. Thank you for keeping me healthy. I believe one of the nurses name was Logan on the top floor. She was very patient and watched me eat so I wouldn’t get the tube. I’m fully recovered and doing so well. Thank you guys for all your hard work and patience with me. Thank toy to my grandma who came to visit me all the time.

worst hospital ever, the emergency nurse named hailey is extremely rude to people. don’t even know why she’s here or hired here the worst attitude i’ve ever seen in someone. a lady came in with contractions and needed to be seen but it took over 7 hours for her to get seen. my grandma was needed to be seen for her cancers came here at 8pm and got her seen at 1 am. thru those hours her ulcers where bleeding. it’s wrong. it really is i genuinely hope they shut this hospital down or get new nurses.

Paid over $3k for a sleep study just to have my car broken into while I was there - parked in the lot they specifically told me to park in, directly in front of a guard stand that was left unmanned. If I’m paying 3k to stay overnight at your facility, then I feel like the place you tell me to park my car should be safe and monitored. Now I have to pay even more to get my window fixed. No word from the hospital, no apology, nothing. The staff that took care of me was wonderful. They also told me this has happened on to other patients and employees on numerous occasions and that the hospital is still leaving the lots unsupervised. I just can’t understand how upper management can be ok with that?

I had my baby about 10 months ago and had such a great experience at this hospital. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was in good hands. I was lucky enough to have the most amazing nurse, Emily! she truly made all the difference. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and supportive—honestly, I don’t know how things would’ve gone without her! The doctors were all very professional and kind, and I felt well cared for every step of the way. I’m so thankful for the team that helped bring my baby into the world. Thank you to the labor and delivery team!
