My husband was referred for a sleep study… no one explained to him that they would require 2 separate studies… they did NOT obtain a prior auth for the second study and now his CPAP isn’t being covered and we already spent almost $2K on this thus far with NOTHING to show for it. No communication from your billing or insurance team. SHAME ON YOU.

I went to the center for consultation, not a good experience. First of all the address was wrong, went to the wrong building. Arrived there I was told I had a copay of $115. Not one time when the appointment was made did the tell me I had a copay. I asked can I be billed for it, the receptionist said no. She offered no alternatives. Said I can reschedule for the end of October. Which is ridiculous because I waited over a month for this appointment. Explained to her I needed this appointment before I can complete my other appointments. She said there was nothing she could do. Which I am fine with. Told here I won’t be able to reschedule because I have to find somewhere that would give me a sooner appointment. She says to me I will get a $40 no show fee for a 15 minute appointment if I do not reschedule with them. I asked her can she put in a not that I was not informed to had to pay a $115 copay. She straight up said no it’s not their fault they didn’t tell me. Asked her when was I going to be informed about my copay, she said when you got here. So now because I was not informed about a copay I have to pay a $40 no show fee. Which is ridiculous because it was no fault of my own. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Cozy atmosphere, Zelda was amazing and took time to answer all of my questions and walked me through everything about my machine. The sleep apnea journey has been wonderful with Feeling Great. Bedside manners are incredible and the service is fast and always friendly. I didn't begin my journey with Feeling Great but I'm glad I made the switch. They have the means and facilities to expedite better sleep.

I have had 3 sleep studies and this was my 4th. The staff is very knowledgeable and willing to help. The night I came in Jason greeted me and explained everything to me. He was patient and answered all my questions. The facility is very clean and the chair and bed were very comfy. I know it will take time to get my results but the process was way less painful than what I experienced in past. I left my pillow and the called me to make certain I got my pillow. I can’t say how I appreciate the staff but especially Teresa and Jason!

Feeling Great Sleep Medical Center solved my husband's sleep apnea. His snoring was driving me crazy and the therapist Zelda was outstanding. She was extremely patient, kind and very knowledgable. TENS STARS for the sleep clinic. CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN - nicely decorated. I love Feeling Great and would highly recommend their team of experts for your family medical care. You are doing a wonderful service for all of your patients suffering from sleep apnea. Cheers, Sandy
