Did at home sleep study over 2 weeks ago. Was told I would get results in 7-14 days. Called at the 15 day mark and was told they received it but the doctor did not read it yet and hopefully maybe he will catch up and read it this week. That did not happen of course and no telling if it will happen next either. The results easily could be loaded into MyChart app that is used by the whole medical group it is a part of so myself and GP doctor could at least have an idea what things look like but of course that hasn’t happened either. Definitely disappointed after reading most everyone who has study done using the same equipment (WatchPat One) received results within 48 hours from their providers.

Tanya needs better people skills and be able to handle questions. No patient she be told I can’t help you even if they sound stressed. Patients are under a lot of stress and are already in poor mood having a better understanding and better communicate.
