Cannot believe what I witnessed if I could give 0 stars to evs management I would. Being in and out of the hospital frequently you get to know the people who work there a long time and just saw one of the hardest working kindest employees leave in absolute tears because of treatment by management. They might want to actually see who actually does there job around here and those who dont it's very obvious

If I could give zero stars I would. I went in October 13 for my right side being numb and the nurse practitioner did a ct scan seen a spot on my spine but told me it was nothing to worry about because I’m only 22 and take pain medication and if it doesn’t get better go get a mri. Told her I didn’t have a primary doctor to get a referral and she didn’t care still sent me home. Two weeks later my side was still numb my legs went numb and I couldn’t get a mri so I went to a different hospital. Turns out that spot she said not to worry about is a tumor pushing against my spinal cord but according to her I’m too young to worry about it. This hospital has gone down hill big time and don’t trust a word from anyone at this hospital. Get a second opinion. Me getting a second opinion saved my life

1 star for the billing department and the billing department only. Honestly, super frustrated. Had an ER visit last year and they put in the wrong billing address. We have always paid our bill as soon as the statement arrives in the mail. I’ve never had a problem with Liberty Clinics or when I had my daughter at Liberty in 2022. Fast forward to two weeks ago, I received a spammy looking text from collections. Immediately I called the hospital to verify that it was just spam only to find out it wasn’t. They told me that there wasn’t a single correct address for me in their system. Meaning, they have been sending my medical info to some random home. We asked if they could recall the debt due to their mistake. They just called back stating that they could not recall the debt due to them reaching out to us multiple times. From what we can tell, we haven’t received anything. We’ve checked our calls, voicemails, emails. Everything. The person my husband spoke to was very rude and had no sympathy for their mistakes. Their mistake affects our credit and it’s just not fair to us.

Second amazing experience here. Last winter they promptly took care of my kiddo after an ice skating injury and today they took my concerns very seriously with my visit to the ER for back pain & chest tightness. They were very thorough and kind, timely, they listened to me, and made me feel validated for getting checked out.. just a great experience. Special thanks to Dr Rodenberg and my nurse, Madison L for their care and kindness!

My dad would like to thank Jaqueline and Kaitlin for their excellent nursing experience. They are very attentive and helpful, very knowledgeable and supportive. He’s grateful for their kindness and understanding his situation. If he was in charge, he would like to give them raises! Liberty hospital is a wonderful place for healing. Thanking all the staff for doing their best to make healing possible. His doctors are great too!
