I had an outstanding experience with PA Williams and their assistant nurse Skye at the Prince George County clinic. Even after I arrived about five minutes late—following a long, two-hour drive in heavy traffic and rain—they welcomed me with the same warmth and professionalism as if I had been early. Not once did I feel rushed, judged, or like an inconvenience. Both PA Williams and Skye were kind, inviting, energetic, and genuinely compassionate. Their bedside manner is exactly what you want not only for yourself, but for your children or loved ones to experience in a medical setting. They took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. What impressed me even more was the follow-up care. When I called the next day with a concern, my call was returned urgently with clear, reassuring communication. That level of responsiveness is rare—and deeply appreciated. Working in the medical field myself, I’ve had a wide range of clinical encounters, but this one truly stood out in the best way. PA Williams and Skye reminded me of what exceptional patient care looks like, and they renewed my hope in the future of healthcare. Thank you to this incredible team for going above and beyond. The experience began positively with the front desk staff, Emily and Emma, who were friendly and proficient in clarifying my insurance information. Kaitlyn, the medical assistant, was warm, knowledgeable, and took the time to address my numerous inquiries with expertise. Dr. Shah was both reassuring and attentive, displaying remarkable patience while listening to my concerns. The entire appointment was managed with impressive efficiency, resulting in a minimal wait. The overall professionalism is outstanding. My husband got home from open heart surgery and the office called to see how he was and to set up his follow up appointment. Once we went to the appointment our wait time was remarkable fast - 10 minutes. Doctor shah was very attentive to my husband condition and helped us understand the surgery and his steps moving forward. Doctor shah was truly a kind person and I enjoyed meeting him .
