Dr. Ruchi has been my north star as I navigate a late adhd diagnosis. I have never felt so seen, heard, validated regarding mental health issues, which I used to think were all excuses. As Dr Ruchi says, she is my mirror - showing me the good, bad and ugly and speaking with me (not at me) about different treatment options. Its not "oh, here is a pill! See you in 3 months!" Its more "hey, lets see what's driving your mind. Let's look into therapy, medication if that is something you want, but mainly lets look at you and remove the shame around who you are. Because you're strong and beautiful." I feel her genuine interest and focus and it makes me excited about continuing my healing journey. I really cannot recommend her enough!
I am new to Richmond and VitalCare has made the transition to all new doctors smooth and so easy. Dr Sydney Ables, Dr Gabrielle Flynn, and especially Dr Marianna Nutting have all been a pleasure to meet with and incredibly helpful! I can’t rave enough about how happy I am that I found this practice. Special shout out to all the lovely ladies at the front desk who always greet everyone with a smile and are so friendly and helpful!
I’ve had such a good experience at this office. The front desk staff are always super nice and helpful, and the medical assistants are great too. Marianna Nutting is a great provider, she really listens, cares about what you’re saying, and never makes you feel rushed. Overall just a really good vibe and great care every time I go!
